Our History
Iron Clad Jerky Co. is the culmination of a shared dream between Mike Jamison and his father, Tom Jamison. Tom spent 20 successful years owning and operating Tom and Mony's Pit Beef and Seafood in Orlando, FL, before moving to Tennessee and retiring as a Deli Manager at Publix Supermarkets. Mike, inspired by his father's entrepreneurial spirit, launched his first business, NewAge Vending, which has rapidly expanded, adding new locations every week.
Now, father and son have embarked on their first business venture together with Iron Clad Jerky Co., fulfilling a lifelong dream. Our jerky is made from 100% grass-fed organic beef sourced from cows raised right here in Middle Tennessee. The exceptional quality and flavor of Tom's beef jerky have led to countless requests from everyone who has tried it, urging him to sell it or make more. We're proud to bring this beloved family recipe to you, crafted with the same dedication and passion that defines our family's entrepreneurial journey.
